Another unique piece.

I’ve assembled this leather skull and bones banner from the scraps I’ve accumulated over time. For the two sides and bottom edge of the banner I’ve utilized the natural edges of the hide (usually the unusable pieces).

The leather is all stitched together with heavy duty leather/upholstery thread. Four large black grommets have been added to the top of the banner.

From there it’s goes to metal O-rings and eye-bolt screws to a wooden bone that I hand shaped and hand painted. Finished off with more metal including part of a bicycle chain for durable hanging and and appealing display.

The width of the wooden bone is 18.5 inches. The leather banner is at the widest 16 inches and is just over 19 inches tall. The entire banner itself hanging is 30 inches tall.
